I keep getting a flicker when using the Windows 7 style for Start8. The bottom half of the right-side items disappear then reappear in a quick top-to-bottom fashion. It seems to happen about once every second or so. It also occasionally stretches almost to the bottom of the screen (I have my taskbar at the top).  I have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling twice. Any help would be much appreciated.   Here is a pic showing the 3 different states... normal, mid-flic...
